To de humanize, marginalize, ostracize, and eventually criminalize, an entire group of people, for thier "wrong thinking".
It's a decades, perhaps centuries, old method, used by prohibitionists of all stripes, against any number of percieved amoral activities.
This may not be the OP's intent, but it most assuredly is the intent of the propaganda snippet posing as a humourous PSA.

It's almost a shame that you and your fellow travellers are failing.
Conceal carry in all 50 states, individual 2A right affirmed by SCOTUS, and homicide roughly halved in the past 30 years.
Keep up the fail!

The de humanizing continues, from the prohibitionist crowd. Much easier to tyranize a group, once you have moved public opinion of them to, less than human (normal) status. Its a page out of a very old and bloody book.
