On this day, I would like to say that the words I said that day still hold true today.

I don't post here very much at all (in fact, I think the linked post is the only thread I ever started), but I visit often to read and learn, and you continue to make a difference here, bravenak.

I believe those who were truly affected by your words have taken your apology to heart in the manner you intended, although I cannot speak for them. I believe you make DU a better place. I believe we've all had a rough season, but I ALSO believe that there are far more of us who don't stalk, refuse to partake in these battles and understand a mistake as just what it is... a mistake. This is also a plea to those who do stalk, who do take notes, who do take it too far... to look inward for a moment and evaluate your motives. I am only responsible for my own actions here, and it took about 10 of my 13 DU years to make a decision to try my hardest not to make bad situations worse (I hope that makes sense).


I hope you continue to make DU a better, more educated space. Please know you have a lot of support no matter where we stand on candidates, delegates, campaign tactics, etal.
