But seriously, the two schools that were voted down are: private, protestant, small, small fan base, Big 12, and Texan. I smell prejudice in action here.

(78,249 posts)or X or whatever, doesn't even have a championship game. Shorn of Nebraska, A&M and Mizzou, and with Texas sucking green moss-covered rocks, it is probably less of a power conference than the ACC.

(20,365 posts)Colorado also went its own way (thank God). The Big 12 is the strongest conference and a championship game doesn't matter. That is pure propaganda from the media. But beside the bias from the committee, the fact that there was a won-loss tie for the conference champion hurt them.
Art Briles said that the committee didn't know squat about the Big 12. And, apparently, neither do you.
Now go back to Never Never California Land and don't voice your ignorance about the Big 12 again.
