I can't imagine that doping is as prevalent in the Paralympics as it is in the main games.

Although there is a technique used by paraplegics similar to what cyclists often do, except that it involves doing something that would cause them pain if they had sensation. Like crushing their scrotums (scrota?). I kid you not.
