Democrats may want to get a poison pill ready. Louisiana Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal is proposing a hostile takeover.
I can sense right now a rebellion brewing amongst these United States, Jindal said Saturday at a conference hosted by the Faith and Freedom Coalition, where people are ready for a hostile takeover of Washington, D.C., to preserve the American Dream for our children and grandchildren.
In his remarks in Washington, reported by the Associated Press, Gov. Jindal took aim at what he called a silent war on religious liberty being fought in the U.S.
That issue could come to a head within the next week as the Supreme Court is expected to issue a ruling on a pair of challenges to the contraception requirement in the Affordable Care Act. The challengers, including arts-and-crafts-retailer Hobby Lobby, say that covering the so-called morning-after pill in their health insurance plans for workers violates the religious beliefs of the business owners.

(30,058 posts)We are tired of the religious right interfering in our bedrooms, telling us who we can love and controlling female bodies. Our Constitution protects our choice of religion or the lack of freedom, it does not dictate what we believe or if we believe. He tries so hard and he fails so easily. Maybe he thinks this would be his opening to become president.

Dipshit, that's treasonous talk. Wonder who the Feds are sending the Secret Service, Homeland Security, or the FBI? Maybe not the BLM.

On Edit:
Are we SURE he was born in Baton Rogue? Have we seen is birth certificate. He looks awful "fureign" to me. I'm not sure how he got elected in the South. I'm surprised they treated an Indian-American any better than they've treated an African-American. Oh, stike that, he has the racist, bigoted, homophobic, misogynistic GOP behind him and not against him. They need their tokens like Herman Cain, Allen West, and Ben Carson.
