Rapid City is #18 in metro areas with the greatest number of new cases, relative to their population. Those dumbasses should have never rallied in Sturgis, SD.
Plus, health care workers in Rapid City are getting sick with COVID. Will there be enough health care providers well enough to help with all the new cases?
