Clint Eastwood: Romney campaign ‘dumb enough’ to ask me to speak

Clint Eastwood is continuing to stand behind a bizarre speech that the gave at the Republican National Convention last month and says if that if Mitt Romney’s campaign was “dumb enough” to ask him to speak then they deserve what they got.

I think there is a strong possibility Clint Eastwood just gave the best performance of his life at the GOP convention. He "punked" the RNC.

Clint was not an operative for the Obama administration.

He has been a Republican for many years. He voted for McCain in 2008. You can even find his campaign contributions to McCain online.

Eastwood is too good of an actor and director to have flubbed his RNC speech that badly. Britney Spears would've done a MUCH better job at it, and considering her "caliber", that ain't sayin' much.

I believe Eastwood is going to vote for Obama, as many other Republicans will do - secretly.

And for what it's worth, I think "J. Edgar" deserved a lot more critical praise than it received.....
