2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumRomney's campaign manager is a dumb-ass
First of all...
Sending a flier to me about Romney is poor market research. I'm on no Republican mailing lists and I live in Cleveland. Snowball's chance in hell... right.
Anyway, I open it up and the First Fold reads...
"Barack Obama believes government creates jobs, not people." There's a lot wrong with that but that's not what made me laugh.
The very next panel... opposite the Charge that Obama thinks it's the governments' responsibility to create jobs is a slogan that reads...
"Beginning Day One, Twitt Romney will put job creation first."
mmmmm...
Didn't he just say that Obama is a bad choice because he thinks it's Government's job to create jobs and yet the first thing he plans on doing is the thing that makes his opponent unfit for the job.... I'm confused... or the idiot that wrote this ad is an idiot.
Mitt, buddy, proof-read your fliers bud... remember, we're a bunch of mindless spoon-fed freeloaders. It's tough to keep this shit straight.

..actually that would explain a lot about the things they say about where babies come from...

I think the current desperate strategy with the puds is to just throw fecal matter at a wall and see if anything sticks. It's hard to believe when you stop to consider that he is paying millions in service fees to people who supposedly have studied public manipulation for all of their adult lives.
If he ends up losing (which I think he will), I think it would be sheer delight if he tries to blame the whole thing on Carl Rove.

we can do it
(12,173 posts)The more they send the better - and I can see what they are spewing and be ready for it when I go canvassing or whatever.

(10,893 posts)as all those ads that have been popping up on DU saying "Obama supporters are changing their vote" and "Cravaack for Congress, stop the Democrat takeover". Out of all the sites they can post those wingnut ads on, they just had to choose the one site that you're least likely to spot a Republican.
