There is a point missed!! the precedent set by suing gun manufacturers could resulting any manufacturer being sued by making legal products. If someone was injured or killed with a knife, baseball bat, golf club, AUTOMOBILE, etc then the company could be sued. I think this is a huge point, especially in the rust belt section.
Also on another note: Hillary says she "would" break up the banks if the posed a risk (ie, too big too fail 0, but the bailout shows that the banks ARE too big to fail. So if she would, she should be doing so (calling for big bank breakups). I think these points are being missed. Am i missing something here?
