That's her problem she's tried to broaden her appeal so much that nobody actually knows what she actually stands for and what she's saying and doing just so that it appeals to a focus group tested mentality.

Swing to the right; swing to the left.

This is going to be interesting and maybe even fun.

So, before Michigan, Hillary wanted to "broaden her appeal" by moving even further to the right to preempt Trump in the general election and steal Repuglican votes from him.

But, to her surprise, the Democrats are done yet.
So, will she now have to reengage on the left to tie down renegade Sanders voters?

I'll bet she has eyes as big a dinner plates all day today because this Sanders Michigan phenomenon is 2008 all over again and that just isn't supposed to happen.

This really is the worst possible situation for Mrs. Clinton. Her being on every side of every issue for the past 30 years is going to make whichever direction she chooses look like one of pure political expediency -- which is exactly why people don think she is honest and trustworthy in the first place.

The red state, more conservative, primaries are mostly over. Hillary now has to morph into "progressive Hillary" for the blue states.

The problem for her in the blue states though is her Wall Street speech transcripts. Everyone knows she's hiding some very damaging comments. She can't be the tough on the big banks candidate she's now pretending to be. It is too absurd for anyone to take seriously.

There is no enthusiasm for her outside of hardcore Democrats. Yes she still has the advantage in winning the Democratic primary but her chances in the general are slim barring a complete Republican Party meltdown...and no a Trump nomination is not a meltdown. He can get blue collar working class voters we should be getting but have lost due to dumping populist labor - friendly policy for big corporate money.
He's a fucking liar but these people are desperate for change Hillary can't and won't fight for.
Partisan Democrats need to wake the fuck up.

I hear that in my state, they hate Cruz should he win and Trump they feel
is a loose cannon. The investment class does not fear Clinton...it's easy
to understand why.

when she gave that highly nuanced answer to the abortion question in Sunday night's debate.

She tried to mask her past advocacy for fracking on Sunday night, but will be championing that again as a way to appeal to Republicans if she wins the nomination.

The more she tries to thread the needle on issues to appeal to try to somehow appeal to both progressives (for the nomination) and moderate/conservatives (for the general election), the more everybody is reminded of how fundamentally dishonest the Clintons are.
