"Hillary Clinton manages massive, amazing and skilled genius second place finish"
"Bernie Sanders losing SuperDelegates count"
"Now we return to our normally scheduled 23 hours a day about how amazing Trump is in the hope he will talk about how big his junk is again"

(9,522 posts)They were showing the delegate count, with of course super delegates included, but they didn't mention that. I turned it off immediately as I was turning the air blue with profanity no little old lady should use.

Sorry for Luke Russert's obnoxiousness ad near the end -- MSNBC needs to trim that stuff out - he is driving people away with that voice of his...
(last word from the clip... problem is, Hillary is carrying states that the Democrats will 'never carry' - at least not with her at the top of the ticket)

(45,251 posts)When Hillary wins big in a state that will never go for a Dem in the general, it's yoogely important.
Just keep your nose to the grindstone and hold tight until after March 15.

I always enjoy your posts, Nadine.

(11,945 posts)Fair and willing to be positive and complimentary when discussing Bernie. They didn't try to diminish him.

(11,546 posts)stop giving them ratings. They don't deserve your attention! Get your news online or from overseas outlets. I'm not kidding. They are at least a little more objective.

(11,945 posts)They were nice while they lasted, but now they're history.

(35,015 posts)Use the time you would watch the news to volunteer for Bernie. There's phone banking, volunteer to volunteer calling, texts for Bernie.....plenty to do!!
Chose to believe we can do it!
Cable news can go fuck themselves.

(2,983 posts)I couldn't help but chuckle at your satire. Yeah, that's pretty much what I get from MSNBC these days too. Seems all they care about now are ratings. Forget progress, forget actual news, forget journalism and integrity. I wonder if there's any way we could found an unbiased, strictly controlled public news organization that, by law, could NOT be owned or financially influenced by corporations or special interest groups. It's not enough to just have it on the internet... we need our own public TV station - and MSNB no longer represents realistic journalism, progress, or even the truth.
I wonder if anyone has a project going...
Screw MSNBC. I'll do what I always do and get my information from the net.

(23,091 posts)I used to listen to Morning Schmoe for some oppo research, but just can't stomach it anymore for more than 5-10 min. I was busy and had a lot going on this morning, so the tv was left on while I was running around. I'd catch bits and pieces as I went through the room. It was 100% Trump's the man for the first 30 min. I finally heard about Bernie winning for (only) a couple of sentences before they went back to how Trump is killing the field. Wonder how much he's paying Joe and Mika?

(12,958 posts)Sanders kills the corporate goose that lays the golden eggs. I am pretty well convinced that the Democratic establishment would prefer a Trump win over a Sanders win. Self enrichment. Follow the money.
