Independents:

[font color = "red"]Clinton: 28%[/font]
[font color = "green"]Sanders: 71%[/font]


In a General Election at least as many Democrats would vote for Sanders as the nominee as they would for Clinton as the nominee. But Sanders is a far stronger draw for the Independents, many of whom will just continue to write the Democratic party off if it chooses yet another establishment status quo representative.
