(9,385 posts)Half of the country hasn't voted yet. Acting as if the winner is already decided (which won't be until the convention) is a tactic to discourage voters in the remaining states and make them feel that their vote won't matter anyway, so why bother?
Nothing could be more false. Every vote matters a lot. Every vote counts toward increasing the number of delegates a candidate gets from each state. Don't listen to talk like this, and call the media and Clinton supporters out for doing it. It's attempting to cheat. If they feel their candidate is such a sure thing, then stop interfering.
It doesn't show much regard for democracy, or the voters. It once again says "forget you, I'm all that matters" .
