I remember a time when Democrats were proud

Democrats were proud of Jimmy Carter for going around the world, watching out for election irregularities.
Today some who claim to be Democrats are fine with election irregularities right here in our own 48th state as long as their candidate won.
Anyone who is satisfied with the voting in Arizona is a sad excuse for a democrat, and no friend of Democrats.

I voted in the 2016 Michigan primary. There were no obstacles to my voting. There were no long lines.

14. Thank you! You may want to know, though, none of those articles say what you said.

None of those articles at your link talks about Sec. Clinton voters being disenfranchised.

Lots of ink and video on Michigan polling places running out of ballots, though.

Thanks! I mean,

still don't understand why the blame is pointed at either of our candidates.
Its a republican run state.

5. Well, yeah. Republicans: their very raison d'être IS voter suppression.

How is the Hillary campaign responsible for that?

7. HIllary is responsible for anything bad that happens ...

... it used to be that these folks claimed Obama caused everything bad that happened.

Now, they think Hillary causes all of the evil in the world.

They are fickle that way.

Excusing suppression of the AZ type is a formula for general election disaster. Repubs will know Dems can't complain so they will go all out

12. If a state doesn't want caucuses, the state party can change the rules

which would mean that people have to be involved in the political process in its entirety....not just twice every four years.
If you don't like the process, get angry - use the anger to drive you to change the state system.
But complaining for a day or a week once every four years, is pointless.

I do believe the party has slid too far to the right, with the accompanying sleaze, for me to want to be in that tattered and torn "big tent".

9. I've read about it. I'm proud reading about FDR. He's why I've voted Democratic up to this point.

But I'll leave the party when/if the embodiment of corruption within the party is officially anointed. The illusion the party is still FDR's party has been shattered.

They have been pretty much of a joke for decades. I can understand Bush letting this happen, but Obama should have done something.
