I agree that states should get on top of this ballot counting issue, but nothing nefarious here.

Lots of people drop off their mail-in ballots on election day. It takes a while to count those.
Depending on the number, sometimes more than a week.

interesting. Jill Stein of the Green Party was getting enough votes to get some delegates. I saw her on a video talking about using her votes at the Convention to add to another candidates votes. Bernie would most likely benefit from that.

This is a common practice at the Conventions for parties with similar leanings to combine their votes in order to win for the best candidate. Or at least I seem to remember that happening.

Just like Iowa and Nevada and Massachusetts. This is rigged and we all know it. Even those few that actually follow her. People just can't bring themselves to vocalize it. This ain't the will of the people.
