1. Garland hasn't been in the news much of late. That should change.

It would greatly help the odds of taking back the Senate to hammer away, day after day, at the Republicans' dereliction of their constitutional duty.

his candidate heard in front of the Senate.

HOWEVER, if the Republicans finally want to play ball only when and if it becomes clear that Hillary will beat Trump (or even after the Election), part of me wants President Obama and President Elect Clinton to tell the Republicans to SHOVE IT, and that they had their chance at a relatively moderate, safe Supreme Court Justice.

And then go out and find the youngest, most qualified, most left-leaning person they can to appoint. OR Hillary can appoint Obama, just to REALLY fuck with them.

don't expect a vote now and perhaps until Democrats gain a 60 vote majority in 2018....in the Senate or until they change the filibuster rules.....conservatives will obstruct everything with hillary as they have done with obama

He seems like a very intelligent and downright honorable man. He isn't as liberal as I would like but he deserves a seat on the Supreme Court, especially compared to Scalia.
