Republican nominee Donald Trump said the country needs "very smart people" to vet immigrants coming into the country under his recent proposal and scrutiny of social media accounts.
During an interview airing Wednesday night, Fox News host Sean Hannity asked Trump how he would "vet what's in their heart," referencing people coming to the U.S. from places where "men can tell women how to dress and they can't drive and they can't go to school and you can't build a church or a temple."
"Well, let me just you, you get very smart people," Trump responded. "And there are those people. And they're very good at understanding what's going on."
Beyond that, Trump said security needs to scrutinize potential immigrants' social media accounts. "I mean they're better at social media than we are," the GOP nominee said. "ISIS, if you look at what ISIS is doing with social, they're recruiting over the internet. And I also said we have to end that. We have to knock it out."

Do you think Trump would actually pay all those 'smart people'?

If Rump is looking for smart people, he better cover his mirror with a sheet. SMH over this clod's ignorance.

(10,110 posts)when he hasn't been able to do so after more than a year of trying for his campaign?
Trump can't because he's not smart enough to pick out which ones are smart.
Look at Obama's campaign team: there's a guy who knew how to attract and identify smart people.
No drama Obama in the campaign because no drama Obama in the White House with very little noise and scandal about his administration - except for the politician the GOP were targeting: Hillary.
