Jesus Christ on a Pogo Stick! What the f--k is wrong

with Tweety??? Has he decided to join the Republican Party? Tonight he gave totally unaccustomed free rein to Kellyanne Conway, the motormouth Trump "Campaign Manager", never interrupting her and actually egging her on, suggesting other ways he thought she should attack Hillary. This charming little segment was followed by a Republican strategist with whom Tweety (also) wholeheartedly agreed, followed by Andrea Mitchell who was beaming to be able to announce that the $400 million paid to Iran was - Ooohh - really a hostage ransom deal. And that's only the first half hour. He has become unwatchable.

That was after dubya went prancing around the air craft carrier in a crotch-stuffed flight suit. On "Mission Accomplished" day.

I think maybe some big bosses decided to make this more of a race and let the Trump surrogates have more airtime uninterrupted. He didn't challenge her, just let her rattle on and on, something she is very good at.

I hope they don't think this is good for the ratings, because there are other channels to watch.

it's really obvious that they want a close race, which would increase their ratings. Tweety seems to have no personal conviction whatsoever.

He does this all the time. He must be auditioning for a job at Fox.

Also, during the segment when they were talking about the Iran money, (money which a court had agreed was owed to Iran), EXACTLY WHEN was the appropriate time to pay the non-ransom-money owed-to-Iran if not after the hostages were released. If Obama had instructed them to deliver the money BEFORE the hostages were released, wouldn't everyone have been saying, "Yep, that looks like ransom money to me?" After all, isn't that the normal way ransom money is handled? Payment first, release second? Instead he ordered it turned over to the Iranians after the hostages had boarded a plane in Geneva. So would they have preferred that those Americans who were being unlawfully detained in Iran, continue to sit there for whatever 'reasonable' amount of time necessary to ensure that enough time had passed so that the Repugs would not be able to claim that there was a corrolation between the Arms Deal and the release of the hostages; or sufficient time between the release of the payment owed the Iranians since the 80's and the release of the detained Americans so that the Repugs could not claim that Obama was paying a ransom for hostage? If so, to hell with them. When it is their behind sitting in an Iranian jail on trumped up charges, I will then give a damn what the Repugs think. Obama knows the money was not ransom money, and the Iranians know that the money was not ransom money. What the Repugs believe is irrelevant.
