49 Seconds Needs to Become the new 47%

I love how Joy Reid said that they were going to show the film of Trump unloading a truck in Louisiana in its entirety. "Don't worry" she said, "it only lasts 49 seconds"

49 seconds!! That's it. That's all the time he has for you rubes. Passing out play-doh... which when you think of it, play-doh is probably the only thing the people of LA need less than Trump himself.

49 "effing" seconds.

Dems need to get out with some ads. Just show examples of things that can be done in 49 seconds to help instead of pretending to care.

- You could write 9.4 checks to the Red Cross at $100 each.

- You could order 15 pallets of sheetrock from Lowe's for delivery to Baton Rouge.

- You could text all your contacts and ask them to donate.

- You could order 50 box fans online and have them delivered.

There's a ton of things that you could do with 49 seconds to help. None of which includes passing out "effing" play-doh.

Then, I would make a commercial with some guy in his flooded house shouting with glee as he sees a box of Play-doh floating by. He could roll it into a rope, dive under water and use it to seal his front door.

Then he could throw some to his kids and say; "quick make some cups so we can bail water...

Then have him look into the camera with disgust and sarcastically say; "thanks Trump"

Somebody handed a very light box to his tiny hands which he struggled to hand to Mike Pence.

I guess eventially that Play-doh will make itself to the tables of hungry refugees is shelters while the GOP in its ivory tower snipes at us on the ground.

As you may hear, those of us in Louisiana have little patience left for this bullshit from Republicans. And we won't forget their abuse and phony outrage when we dry off and our homes have been gutted.

Revenge is a dish best served cold.

but they haven't. I was listening to Chris Kroc on the way home last night (yes, it is punishment, but I like to know what the assholes are thinking). He was going on and on about how presidential it was for tRump to be there while Obama continued his vacation and golf game. Reality matters not- they will all be believing this.

So I suppose that if you're starving, it's better than eating something that will poison you. At least the Trump people were THAT considerate.

he asked him to stay away for a while. By ignoring Gov. Edwards' request that politicians not gum up first responders' efforts by diverting them to handle high profile photo op visits, Trump did a lot of harm--but no good at all.

Some folks to stand in the background and hold up Trump signs and yell. Those actually affected by the flooding had other things to do but a way to make a quick buck . Trump is a job creator after all.

Gave praise to Trump, Obama should have ended vacation and went down there, this is a national catastrophe, trump campaign was gasping for air ready to be snuffed out and now this, no good at all, Hillary should have made stronger statement of help something. The optics whether you care or not will be used in the upcoming weeks, questions will now be, i.e., Obama campaigning hard for Hillary but couldn't spare a couple of hours for the people of LA.... I can see it all now...and believe me I hear it all now at my job...

This would make a good ad. Maybe question his stamina (can only lift those tiny boxes of play-dough and matchbox cars for 49 seconds). Hillary should arrive at the end with a fleet of semis full of building supplies. Can she learn to drive a forklift real quick?
