Why isn't anyone talking about the Trump Foundation?

Seems that Trump appears to use it as his private piggy bank to make "personal donations" to charities of Celebrity Apprentice contestants. That is not supposed to be how a foundation works. There is supposed to be a board, etc. which decides on gifts, not one guy, particularly when the donations to the foundation come from others.
