To my white male friends. What the hell do you have to lose?

I would like to appeal to what has been described as the “angry middle class white male” voter.

You’ve tried supporting the Republican Party for over 30 years now, and what has it got you?

Make no mistake about it. You’re economic situation is the direct result of the tired old Republican “Trickle-Down” economic plan. It’s really all they have. Cut taxes on the wealthy, and the crumbs from their table will fall to you like “fairy dust”.

So let me ask you. How’s that “trickle-down” working out for you?

Oh sure, the Republicans will wear their religion and “family values” on their sleeves, or tell you that the problem is some mythical “other” American that is causing you problems, but that’s just a ruse. That’s just so they can implement more tax-cuts for the top 1%.

So, what do you have to lose? Try something different. Vote for Hillary and a strong progressive agenda. What the hell do you have to lose?

For year, you’ve supported a Republican Party that has done nothing but shatter your lives, send your kids off to endless war, wreck your labor rights, screw your wages and told your mothers, wives, sisters, daughters and granddaughters that “they aren’t smart enough and emotionally secure enough” to control their own health care.

For years, the Republican Party has told you that it was "your" social safety net and economic protections that have become bloated and corrupt, but the truth is, it’s the bank accounts of the top 1% that have become bloated and no longer work for America.

For years, Republicans have told you that your enemy is that fire-fighter who lives down the street, or that teacher who teaches your kids, or the government Civil Servant that coaches your kids little league baseball team. Republicans have told you that since these “Americans” have a decent pension, good benefits and Union protections...they are your "enemy." How silly is that?

Did you ever think to stop and ask; “why don’t I enjoy similar benefits?”

Republicans have even told you that there is NOT ONE reasonable thing we can do to help make it a little harder for someone to walk into an Elementary School with military grade weapons and slaughter 20 five and six year old kids. Of course, they do get their marching orders from the NRA…and speaking of the NRA; don’t you all know that that LaPierre guy would be the first person to turn-tail and run in a bar fight? You have to know that…deep in your heart, don’t you?

Why don't you try something a little different? If guns were the solution to our security...we'd be the safest damn place in the Universe, but we're not. Why is that?

Maybe it's time you tried something different.

Make no mistake about it. Even their support for military combat weapons on our streets is only so they can amass enough votes to give tax-cuts to the wealthy.

That’s what Republicans are all about. Maybe it's time your tried something different.

It’s NOT some mythical Welfare Queen, or immigrant picking lettuce for $20 a day, or LGBT person who just wants to be left alone, or a Union police officer, teacher, firefighter or Civil Servant that is holding you back. It’s your support for the Republican Party that is harming you.

Maybe it's time you try something new. What the hell do you have to lose?

In fact, we have raised our girls to be strong women, be themselves and take charge.

I have never supported a republican and you are correct about the trickle down "Reganomics" being what has put the middle class where they are.

I fully supported Barack Obama in 08 and again in 12 volunteering on the campaign and organizing Get Out the Vote efforts. I now fully support Hillary Clinton and doing volunteer work to get her elected.

It's time for a little more history making!
