NBC and MSNBC are holding it, I think on Sept 7, talk about military, security and veterans affairs. I don't think that Trump and Clinton will appear on the stage at the same time. One will answer questions, then other. Not sure if they will be in the same building or communicating remotely...

Back to back interviews with both Trump and Hillary.
Not sure of the time, but they keep advertising for it on MSNBC.
