Hillary's visit to Morning Joe this morning will go very well. I can tell by two things: Mika will

be the interviewer and she just stated how Trump's racist words along with this supporters are so negative and have a terrible impact on U.S. citizens. Not exactly her words but this was the message. The other thing is that Joe is not there today. I'm sure his absence was pre-planned but he must be furious/upset about not being there. Unfortunately, mouthy Nicole Wallace is there, hope they can muzzle her for the time Hillary is there. I'm looking forward to it.

and will be part of Hillarys interview at 8:30 eastern.
Mika very emotional this morning about Trumps racist campaign.
I think she feels guilty that she and Joe were instrumental in getting him the nomination.

Right before our very eyes.

MIKA: Donald Trump just doesn't know what his words are doing. He has no idea what his words are doing to this country.

Better, this a.m.

Personally, I think today she held the right stance.

Today -just today - I thought she was useful in furthering the narrative of just how unfit he is to lead even a Boy Scout troop, let alone this country.

your word for it. She's been so busy trying to magical balance fairy this entire election, I can't watch her anymore. Meanwhile she and Joe did more to get that clown nominated than anyone else in the media.

They were one of the first talking heads with a national platform to treat Trumpy's campaign with an air of legitimacy.

It's funny, but Mika seems like a stronger, more sure of herself voice when Joe's not on the set...like this morning. I tend to watch only when he's got the day off. Less aggravation ~

developed a personal friendship with Donald.
I'm sure they let Donald know that they are now a romantic pair and he tweeted about that the other day.
Could not have made her happy since they haven't yet gone public about it.
She prob feels personally betrayed by that.

In the interview with Hillary, she was basically BEGGING Clinton to assure her there were no bombshell e-mails or anything else to come out that can derail her run. When Clinton assured her everything was fine, Mika softly said, "I hope so". It would not have surprised me one bit to see Mika break down in tears. We may see it yet before this is over.
