I just received a political call about a Republican who is telling people she's a Democrat.

We got a robocall a few days ago stating that a candidate is supported by the Democratic party.

Just now I got another robocall saying that she is NOT supported by the Dem party.

This is California where Dems are on the upswing so I guess Republican candidates are pretending to be Democrats in order to get votes.

Sheesh.

Either way, both calls are in violation of CPUC sections 2871-2876

Kind of small potatoes but still shows how Republican fraud seeps into every crack.

I was surprised how few repub candidates identify as republicans on their mailers. They don't claim to be dems, but their party affiliation is clearly missing.

They can't win on ideas & policy - only on lies.

Where I live the city is equally divided between Rs and Ds. Neither party's candidates identifies themselves in mailers.
