Hillary & the Big Leagues

I'll be ok if she doesn't run, but this woman has the will of a saint

to succeed as she has in such a place of power reserved often by men, with unrelenting public scrutiny throughout most of her adult life, yet here she emerges as an absolute frontrunner for President of the United States.

She's got battle scars alone from her days as First Lady. I recall her being silenced from the White Rightwing who preferred women in a more domestic role. Hillary Clinton has proven over the years that she not only has the smarts but the sheer resiliance to defend the rights of humanity as President, as she has defended through her Charitable work.

Some don't agree but I see a woman who has had to play the game & stood, head held high, against the GOP's attempt to suppress her voice & scandalize & humiliate Hillary & her family.
She is a pretty amazing & strong woman who knows the game & is more than qualified to be seated in the Oval Office.
What we have not seen from her is how, as acting President, she would work to create a much equal & better America.
I believe she plays the political game with cards close to the chest.
All I know of Hillary throughout the years tells me that she would not let the American Democracy fail & would not let its citizens be forgotten.
She comes to us with enormous power. That which she has earned by her own efforts.
She so stated, & she well knows the difference between Minor & the Big Leagues. She's been in the game long enough to remember every name & stats of every GOP player who ever did her & her Nation wrong.
hmmm..Hillary 2016

Who was it that demanded she be quiet when Bill Clinton first took Office? IT was that same group of southern racist GOPsenators wasn't it?
I forget their names.
They made a great big foot stomping big deal about Hillary the First Lady inserting her political opinion into their big fatbellied GOP men only club.

Anyone recall?

received a standing ovation from Congress and then they voted it down.

She was excoriated for saying she wasn't a cookie making kind of woman and on and on.

Between the bashing she gets from the Right and the Left, I don't know how she doesn't just say F*ck it and enjoy her life.

She's an amazon, she will not retreat and will get in their face. Like one senator once said, Hillary is the most prepared senator at any committee meeting. She always works very hard. She knows all the players, both domestically and internationally, and she's not intimidated by them. She's also more comfortable in her skin than in the past. She told Diane Sawyer that one difference from 2008 is that she now will say whatever she wants to say and let the chips fall where they may. She's not going to worry about sexism and inane comments about her hair, clothing, age, weight and the other crap thrown at female politicians. She's done with that, and good for her!!!
