Ok. So lets call the debate a tie...

Even though it clearly was not, you gotta at least admit that Hillary's debate performance kinda destroyed the DU narrative that "HILLARY BETTER GET HER BERN CREAM READY!" and that "HILLARY WILL DROP LIKE A ROCK AFTER DEBATE!".

Admitting you were wrong is a first step towards retaining credibility.

She recited conventional wisdom, and she didn't get angry, and she was smooth. This is exactly what we expect from our presidents, nothing more. The media pundits gave her glowing reviews, and they know what the public likes. Remember when they declared GW Bush the guy you wanted to go have a beer with? And he was a great president, right? Conventional wisdom is never wrong.

The real question is: Can the media keep handing the debates to Hillary?

OK, it worked once. Did this just set her up for a bigger fall or will it backfire? Time will tell.
