(8,200 posts)It appears to me the polarization that is destroying our Democracy has infected a major share of the Democrats on this board. Make no doubt about it a minority of Democrats are as extreme in their positions that any compromise is viewed as a complete defeat.

(8,200 posts)Nearly every post concerning Clinton is negative. That's my consensus as it is to pundits.

(62,683 posts)Jeez, I'm not even a Hillary supporter and even I'm getting tired of seeing this like it MEANS something.
Get some new material. If you dislike Hillary, at least present substantive, legitimate reasons. This is a joke.

(62,683 posts)Republicans, if you know what I mean. I'm trying to be kind and like my pal Joe Biden says, give everyone dignity. Although I think it's too late for that.

(34,582 posts)but if she wins the primary, she is going to get my vote. The alternative is not palatable.

(62,683 posts)I don't THINK she'l be my first choice, but she's got my full enthusiastic support if she gets the nomination.
Last election I was fighting with people who weren't going to vote for Obama because he didn't deliver what they'd expected. I just couldn't believe they would withhold their vote to "make a statement" (like anybody gives a fuck) or because they couldn't "in all good conscience" re-elect a man who (fill in the grievous wrong) and I'd ask "but in good conscience you can let a Republican maybe get the WH??? That's about when I stopped hanging out on DU.

(62,683 posts)of that mind. If things go as projected, I won't be talking to them after the primary (when will people get that the world doesn't revolve around them?)
