Sanders Defeats Trump By a Wider Margin Than Clinton in a General

Hmmm this is interesting & this is what I've been saying.
In a general, Bernie does better than Hillary. After polls released in WI yesterday, it is looking that way. http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1251&pid=710418

Bernie Sanders Defeats Trump By a Wider Margin Than Clinton in a General Election

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/h-a-goodman/bernie-sanders-defeats-trump-by-a-wider-margin_b_8345156.html

First, Real Clear Politics http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/us/general_election_trump_vs_sanders-5565.html states definitively that polls show Bernie Sanders winning by a wider margin than Clinton over Trump:

RCP Average 47.2 42.0 Sanders +5.2

CNN/ORC 53 44 Sanders +9
PPP 44 44 Tie
NBC News/Wall St. 52 36 Sanders +16
Quinnipiac 47 42 Sanders +5
SurveyUSA 40 44 Trump +4

Compared to Hillary Clinton:

RCP Average 45.7 43.2 Clinton +2.5

CNN/ORC 50 45 Clinton +5
FOX News 40 45 Trump +5
PPP (D) 44 44 Tie
NBC News/Wall St. 49 39 Clinton +10
Quinnipiac 45 43 Clinton +2
ABC News/Wash Post 46 43 Clinton +3

While the most favorable poll for both Democrats is the NBC News/Wall St. poll, Sanders beats Trump in this poll by 16 points, as opposed to Clinton's 10 point lead. CNN has Sanders beating Trump by 4 points more than Hillary Clinton and overall, the Democratic-Socialist from Vermont defeats Trump in all the polls by an average of 5.2 points, as opposed to 2.5 points for Clinton.
