Remember when Jeb! criticized Obama for using "all those big syllable words"? The thing that cracks me up is that "big" isn't really an appropriate adjective for "syllable".

(25,586 posts)Not everyone is all that smart. It's not a failing, just a biological reality. Communicating to a broad audience can be made easier by simple, well-chosen words and clear, concise explanations.
Trump's problem isn't 4th grade verbiage, it's a bullying demeanor and a hateful, nasty nativism combined with a lifetime of privilege that leaves him incapable of seeing the world as it is for normal people.
