My candidate is better than yours....

No this is not click bait. Just food for thought. I know who I am voting for in the primaries and General election. Why, because my candidate best suits my needs, personal convictions and beliefs. My candidate is better qualified and more knowledgeable in these areas. I do not pay attention to hype or personal attacks and name calling. I rely on facts to make my decision about the candidates. My favorite sources are PolitiFact: Fact-checking US politics ( http://www.politifact.com/ ) and Google Search, I do my own research, its way to easy to Google a candidates record and how they voted and or what actions they took as a matter of public record on a given subject. Facts are facts, you can not dispute or refute them. I also use NPR, PBS, BBC and Al Jazeera as somewhat reliable sources. I do not rely to heavily on blogs or chat rooms, to easily trolled and corrupted by the opposition, besides why should I trust some ones Opinion that I do not even know. Well that's my argument for voting for My Candidate. That's also why I can say my candidate is better than your candidate...at least for me. Good luck and may the best candidate for the Majority win.

It makes me sad.

Someone will post something in support of one candidate. Others immediately jump in and say that their candidate is so much better, and that the OP's candidate is a loser.

Things tend to get ugly from there.

I wish we could all just get along. When all is said and done, we have a lot in common.

that is almost non controversial. Just shows there is at least one other sane person on DU. 'When all is said and done, we have a lot in common" Agreed.
