that the Tea Party and extreme Republicans tried to legislate. Now under Scott, all this is having to be litigated in COURT because it is so blatantly ILLEGAL.

Scott still has the lowest approval rating of any Governor.

But whatever party he runs as, he's still a conservative. However, its going to be very difficult for a liberal to win a statewide election... the Fl Dem Party is very dysfunctional and actively works against progressive candidates, so we're stuck with Third Way/ Blue Dog Dems in statewide elections. Still, there remains many liberal districts that can elect progressives to US Congress and Fl Legislature. We need to support progressive candidates in those districts.
