They overheard and did nothing to stop it
BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Two men are facing charges in connection to a claim from a woman who said a man raped her as she was unconscious at a party, and police say video of the sexual encounter ended up on Snapchat.
Boynton Beach Police arrested 24-year-old Austin Michael Pauw on a charge of sexual battery, and 23-year-old Matthew Austin Travarca on two counts of video voyeurism.

A witness also told police, according to the report, he overheard the two suspects say they planned to take advantage of the woman and have sex with her.
