Can't see tweets anymore.

I used to be able to see tweets when I opened a thread which had posted "clips" from tweets. Now, all I am seeing is "link to tweet" in hyperlink form. When this happened before, I simply closed by browser and reopened and that fixed it; this time, that didn't work. Anyone having this problem or have a solution? I really don't want to have to click on every freaking "tweet link"!

Do you have extensions like NoScript installed? If so, solution could be changing the setting for twitter.com to "temporarily trusted", or "trusted".

Or, it could have something to do with blocking third-party scripts or pop-ups in your browser settings.

I am using IE and it just stopped a few hours ago (it was working fine this afternoon), but when I used Edge, the twitter posts showed. I am at a loss!

was OK (tweets didn't have to be opened) when I used Safari. Then Firefox went through a few months of sporadically not being able to go to DU's Latest Threads, or if I wanted to read a thread, it would fail. Now all is well. Don't ask me how any of that happened. But it ONLY happened on DU...
