When Can you talk about presidential candidates in General Discussion?

I have receive two strikes when I wrote about Biden or the presidential election. In the rules I don't see anything about writing about candidates for president. Where are the rules that spell this out?

on Joe Biden, you should go elsewhere as the posts will be taken down. We all got that out of systems during the primaries. Since then we've coalesced behind Joe Biden. Get it?

Now if you want to post negative material on the orange turd, you're welcome to it.
