Such obscenity should be banned, or only used in an all-out war against agression somewhere else in the world, not in America. All weapons of warfare are obscene on the streets of America.

Point your index finger at something.

Now, curl it back toward your palm.

Can you do that at least once every two seconds? If you can, you can fire ANY semiautomatic firearm like a mass murderer. It's just a mechanical system based on how fast you can flex your finger, not some automated death-dealing magical process.

Unless the plan is to ban all semiautomatic firearms, we need to be looking at something other than mechanical systems to mitigate this issue.

such as aiming, shooter moving around, children moving around, rearming the weapon(s), changing weapons
