It appears it is okay to post about Bernie supporters but not Hillary supporters

This post by kath was locked by a Hillary supporter host as "off topic":

http://www.democraticunderground.com/12511533345

I have seen plenty of posts made by Hillary supporters about what Bernie supporters have supposedly said around the internet but now it appears they will close ranks to protect the racist rants of one of their own.

It could be that no one alerted. It also could be that many hosts are supporters of Hillary.

I think that post could have stood, if the OP did not mention that the poster was also a DUer, which makes the post meta and/or a call out.

Bernie does not speak to African Americans is about the primary. Whether you agree or disagree, and I obviously disagree, it is an issue about a candidate. Saying a DUer made an anti-Semitic post on another board is not about a candidate in the primary.

That makes it as relevant to GD as the posters own screeds about her feeling it's an issue on DU itself, imo.

There is a daily barrage on DU talking about how each camp feels about the other's posts on their candidate as well as and their 'perceived' opinion of whether they are racist or not. How is it that this one poster's racist (anti-semitic) ideas are to be protected and hidden when others are not.

Mebbe I'm not getting it after all, but I'm sure glad it was exposed. It may have been hidden on GD but there's no taking it back. I may have to accept that DU will try to hide it, but it's out there now. I can't measure the time I've spent reading and trying to understand the venom the poster had. She has now lost any measure of credibility when she says anything.

Any other posters that try to discuss whether they feel Bernie does not speak to African Americans - I WILL continue to listen to and consider their viewpoints. But this one? In any other DU incarnation that poster would be wearing the granite pizza. How far this site has fallen.

Then, someone told me the drive on these little back roads was so much nicer than the fastest route and, besides, we could stop in Cooperstown and see Hall of Fame. Neither of us is a sports fan, but my son somehow was born a sports nut, anyway. He was in hog heaven.

I enjoyed the art museum and architecture of Cooperstown and the Abbott and Costello clip, LOL There's even an opera company nearby. And an excellent theater company near the Falls.

This, however was different. This was stuff she wrote elsewhere that a Kossack found and posted. Stuff that some don't want DUers to see. Vile, racist, disgusting anti-semite rant stuff. Things that on previous DU incarnations would have gotten a permanent tombstone. But this season, not so much. Now, she gets to keep spewing here while some damn fine DUers have been shown the door for less.

That poster is always posting on DU about racism, so why is it forbidden to see her own racist rants elsewhere? Only conclusion that can be drawn is she is protected by Clinton supporter that doesn't want the ugly truth shown on DU. But they can't erase the evidence on the net - it's out there for good.
