Voter suppression in AZ -

From a democratic socialist site on Facebook:

Massive voter suppression appears to be underway in ‪#?Arizona‬ - if you switched from Independent to Democrat to vote in the ‪#?AZPrimary‬ you might be turned away as the state has not updated the affiliation changes.

This is disturbing on many levels, but please do not accept a provisional ballot without first fighting for your rights.

Lying, cheating, bribery, or threats in every and any conceivable way in order to continue stealing the victory.

Remember, with the DNC in her pocket, and the entire Democratic establishment either afraid of being on an enemies list or directly in her pocket already, most of the party, from DWS to local election workers and even state SoS's will do anything to help her cheat as she does and has done with impunity.

Remember, she and Bill even blatantly broke polling place laws in public view and were held above the law as usual.

Just a warning, they are going to use this tactic in NY as well, everyone I helped register the past few months received voter registration cards saying they can not vote in the primary if the were newly registered Democrats until next year.

Despicable way to win.

But far from unbelievable considering how dishonest she has been, as well as purchased by nearly every special interest there is.

I assume that I can vote for a green in in the general, or do they demand I and the 65 other voters I registered, just sit it out?
I will assume the latter and get on the phone now, telling those that wanted to vote for Bernie Sanders and turn back to the party because they only left because it had turned DINO, are not welcome in the party. because they are old school, pre DINO Democrats and are no longer wanted because "Clinton", and "reasons".

That should help DWS with her goal of suppressing the Democratic vote.

Besides the fact the website conflicts with (nor even mentions your claim) I can take a hint.

I think I will also be calling the 200 odd others I canvassed the same, that did not need to register but haven't been voting since the DINO's took over and see how they react, the ones that didn't give me their phone numbers I will go back to their houses and see what they think of the DWS voter suppression bullshit!

I live in a poor neighborhood that thought the party might come back to them, the ones that don't vote (save for local stuff) because none of the "new" Democrats even mention them anymore, only the well to do suburban "middle class" which apparently now only includes according to "new" Democrats those that make $200,000 a year anyway, they stopped voting ever since the war on poverty became the war on the poor and the Democrats all sound like republicans and their lives continue to suck under both parties equally.

They saw ONE that was what they used to vote for and the party could have had them back, but are outright telling them they don't want them unless they vote FOR more of the same of them growing poorer by the year. They only want them to vote against themselves. Short sighted by the party, but it is what it is.

I will talk with them honestly and see if they want the continued poverty being offered and see what they say/do.

PS I already know the answer, I only met 20 that wanted to vote Clinton

In the entire neighborhood and only because they thought She meant the talking points she just recently "borrowed" from Sanders. Boy will they be disappointed and go back to apathy once she loses HIS rhetoric when she steers right for the GE.

NY pols are certainly capable of crafting some voter unfriendly laws without any assistance.

We obviously need same day voter registration countrywide for all elections.

there was nothing in their posted deadline information page that they were going to disenfranchise me.
They must have gone to great pains to hide that information from the public if they hid it from the appropriate page having to do with deadlines. I did not selectively edit a "snippet" as you slanderously claim.

And frankly, the only thing i NEED to do is die one day, I don't need you to tell me what I need to do, you are not my daddy son.

But I will place you on ignore as you ask.

Your "snippet" remark was quite clear to me, read the whole page if you like as well as the title, the only information they posted regarding when one had to register to vote not only for the presidential primary, but many other things relating to registering except for what you told me, that I only can assume is hidden where nobody would look for it, because I did look and even the election official I filled out the form for gave me the same information.

It is a dirty trick made legal by a now corrupted party , corrupted to favor only one candidate.

Sorry you need me to stfu, I will comply, as I will comply with the party and stfu when it is time for me to not vote for them as they would prefer in my state.

bye.

I had 2 points in making this post.

#1 - If you are in AZ and having difficulty please call the numbers

#2 - Larger problem - I am seeing videos being loaded on Facebook & Twitter and many comments being made. This kind of thing pisses people off. This will lead to President Trump in the fall if it continues. And that really is best case. The more people feel like they are not being given choices, not being allowed their freedoms, not even able to show up and vote - there will be repercussions.

If they are newly registered to vote in NY they have until 3/25/16 to register (as a Democrat) and they can vote in this coming primary. The deadline for switching party affiliation was last October.

So if they are telling newly registered voters who registered as Democrat that they can't vote then they are wrong.

With a few exceptions, mostly local, since NY will not let me vote in my own primary even tho I am a registered Democrat, I will only vote locally from now on. I would vote for a Sanders real Democrat, but they don't want me to vote, I shouldn't have told the election board worker when I re-registered 2 months ago I was a Bernie supporter, because of that they refused to change my registration back from unaffiliated.

They don't want real Democrats anymore, and they sure as hell are no longer the good guys.

to take a look. I give him credit for being a responsible democratic official who is concerned about the suppression/sabotage of voting in AZ.

Would also like to thank Bernie Sanders for using his pulpit to speak out against this activity.

They are suppressing our votes - sabotaging our elections. EVERYONE should be speaking out against this behavior in a so-called democracy.
