Bernie Sanders is met by enthusiastic crowd at CU-Boulder
http://www.dailycamera.com/cu-news/ci_28949106/anticipation-building-at-cu-boulder-afternoon-bernie-sanders
An estimated 9,000 people turned out to an outdoor track on the University of Colorado campus today in frenzied anticipation of an appearance by Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, who wrapped his impassioned speech by mid-afternoon.
They began lining up at 9 this morning, decked out in pins and stickers, ready to give Sanders a hero's welcome. Throughout the queue, which wound thousands deep within about 90 minutes, many die-hards spoke of their hopes for a candidate whose potential -- to some --is literally boundless.
"I want to be able to look back on this day and say 'Hey, I was front seat for Bernie,'" said Jennifer Deschner, 18. "You're so close to this presence, so close to this magnificent human being that has a chance to change everything about our lives."
The perceived inability of Sanders to connect on a grand scale with non-white voters has often been called into question, but, to the extent that a crowd in Boulder can be considered racially diverse, Saturday's was.

on October 28th for the next nutjob debate that will only let 100 students into an event with a capacity of 11,000.

We could be hiking in the beautiful Rockies, but we are so bored we will mosey on down to listen to someone we are in no way interested in.
