He is introducing himself to the conspiracy theorists and lunatics whose votes he will need when he runs for president in 2024.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

When you owe certain cyber security experts from time zones far away from your home state a favor for insuring that you get elected, you spend money the ways that they tell you to.

I just wonder if the ad time was paid for in rubles like the Facebook ads were last time. But how was Facebook to know they weren't American users when they paid in rubles?

Why? Because they know he'll beat their asses in November. They'll then be exposed for the lying cheats they truly are. Their members have not been subtle about any of this: Joe Biden is the candidate they fear most.

Sen. Nelson said he was told that two counties in Florida had voting data hacked by Russia, he stated that publicly. Since the info was classified he couldn't share how he knew in detail. Kessler gave him 4 pinoccios and we found out after the election that Nelson was correct. I bet that cost him 15k votes he lost by.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
