Anyone else thinking of pulling their money out of the stock market until after the next crash?

Most economists are predicting a crash by next year and the market has basically leveled off since the beginning of 2018. It has recovered a bit from the slump a few months ago close to where it peaked at in early 2018. I don't see it going up much more before the next crash and if I wait too long there is always the chance of the crash occurring early and I would be kicking myself.

Anyone else having the same worries and wanting to jump ship before the iceberg hits? If so where are you thinking of moving your money that is now in stocks?

Media law expert skeptical of lawsuit filed against WaPo on Nick Sandmann's behalf

FORT WRIGHT, Ky. —
In a 38-page lawsuit filed in federal court, attorneys for Nicholas Sandmann blasted the Washington Post.

Sandmann is a junior at Covington Catholic High School in Park Hills, Kentucky. One month ago, he was a subject of international scrutiny thanks to viral videos of an encounter in Washington, D.C., between the 16-year-old and Native American activist Nathan Phillips.

Sandmann's attorneys are now suing the Washington Post for $250 million, the amount Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon.com, paid for the paper in 2013.

Snip: Fleischaker is skeptical. He said it may be impossible to prove how Sandmann and others involved in the encounter truly felt as things unfolded, which could undermine the suit's claim that the Washington Post rushed to judgment.

"What he thought about it, what everybody else thought about it, I think it became a matter of public debate and public opinion. And you cannot be held liable under defamation law for an opinion, because an opinion is just that, it's an opinion," Fleischaker said.

My conservative co-worker is PISSED about his taxes!!! I mean pissed!

He says he usually gets around $500 back and is having to pay close to four thousand this year! He didn't vote for Trump as he thought he was an arrogant asshole but he wrote in Pence's name so he is pretty right wing. He texted screaming "I guess I am not rich enough!"

Here was another text:

"Well don't be surprised if you guys are writing out checks this year cuz I am.. looks like we were sold a bill of goods."

Here was his final text:

"Right now I'm pretty pissed as you guys can tell. But I will take it in and probably have _______ look at it and see if I am right or see if I missed something."

Some tax return preparers are doubling as therapists this tax season, comforting clients who are dismayed to find that they will get smaller tax refunds — or worse, will get hit with unexpected tax bills.
