General Discussion

Members of Congress travel from High and Low Risk areas of the country and intersect at the Capitol. They then have the ability to contract the Virus and take it back home with them. Additionally, some need multiple flights to get to their districts further potential to spread the disease in all directions.

The House Rules were changed so that Members could proxy vote. They should be tested and if positive quarantined to ensure no further spread.

They not only risk endangering their communities when they return home, they risk spreading the virus to the staff, the police, the food workers, the contractors, the witnesses anyone they come in contact with at the Capitol.

They have the ability, they should start testing now.
