What are the chances that Hillary will turn to the courts in order to help secure her nomination? What would her legal arguments be?

2. Doesn't stand a chance
it's been decided over and over... How a party, any party, selects it's nominee is totally up to the party. They could all sit around and draw straws... it doesn't matter. Elections for office (even a dog catcher) is a much different deal.

3. Absolutely, even knowing it would get tossed out. It's all about 2012 for her now. Bank it. n/t.

7. Florida and Michigan, for starters
I agree wholeheartedly, that she doesn't have a case. But that hasn't stopped people from filing lawsuits in the past.

11. she can file all she wants...
but she can't change the fact that Obama won the most delegates, the most votes, the most states, and the most super delegates..and the Democratic Party has its nominee.

6. She can take it to court, but
no court can determine who a party's nominee should be. If that were the case, it would set a bad precedent.

8. Party elders will take care of her. It seems she is destroying her political
future whatever is left of it. How crazy can she be if she thinks she is going to get what she wants.
