Toronto Star: Tories aim to cancel March and April parliamentary breaks

OTTAWA � Stung by public criticism that they put Parliament on an extended Christmas break, the federal Conservatives want to cancel week-long breaks in March and around Easter, saying that MPs have a �lot of work to do.�

2. Yep, panic has set in....

now they have seen the polls and this is yet another misstep by the cabal. It is beyond obvious to everyone this is a ridiculous attempt to 'fix' their anti-democratic move to prorogue in the first place and it won't work, imo.

(Yes, actually, I believe that's exactly what Harper thinks. He's shown nothing but contempt for the public; he thinks we're stupid, and he counts on us being apathetic. Sigh...)
