Can someone help me with the name of a musical composition?

You've all heard it; it's a doleful tune. I think it may be classical.

Probably a funeral dirge.

Once a cartoon used the music and set these word to it: "Out of the north like an icy, icy wind."

Anybody know the name of this composition?

First time I ever heard it, forever ago, i was driving along the highway.
I had to pull over and really experience it, I almost cried.
