88. QUESTION TO DUERS: So spell this out for me.......

I am a little dense.

The purpose of the suit was to get to the bottom of "alleged" price fixing on energy to drive the price of energy up...to increase the profits of the energy companies. And they did this by making it appear like there was a shortage of energy......demand was high (it was COLD that winter), and the prices skyrocketed.

and the allegation is that Cheney assisted the energy companies in this illegal charade.

and there were meetings...that JW wanted to get the details of. Hell, Congress did, but Cheney said NOPE, and they said, "oh, okay."

So.......DRAW me a (pipe)line between the energy crisis of 2000/2001 AND these maps, please.
