Just reported there was an explosion in the green zone. Everyone hustled to shelter including reporters traveling with Cheney.

ADDENDUM: Single mortar explosion. No injuries. (CNN 11:00 a.m. EST)

11:10 A.M. LIVE press briefing in Baghdad with Cheney. (Just to prove he is alive?)

HA. SIGNAL lost, and then regained. (Remember, there is a history of losing visual signal with Cheney's TV moments.)
