3. Mitch Daniels
Daniels left the Bush administration after two or three years because he did not agree with the money being spent on Iraq war and other things he was being "asked" to do with the national finances. He was gone way before the awful Medicare bill. I live in Indiana and he has done some good things here. For a Republican, he's not so bad. If he says he won't run for President, he won't do it. I would count him out of national politics.
