22. Try this parallel.
A Walmart is planned for your community. You hate Wally-mart. But they own the land and it cleared the zoning commission.

The argument people are making is that they have a right to build, and we should all celebrate that right, exult in the exercise of a right.

I suspect many people would, on the other hand, adopt the "anti-Constitutional" attitude that they should *not* build, and many would deny them their rights by protesting. Such protesters, I suppose, should shut up.

I personally mind neither Walmart nor anti-Wally protestations and protesters. If Walmart bends to popular or community pressure, that's their business.
