28. Icing problem on takeoff = negligence
I should have found out more of the specifics of the weather before I posted, but I am in a hurry to leave. Pilots are definitely pressured to takeoff when they don't want to in order to keep schedules, but I like to think most of them would rather loose their job than die. If it was icing, it was pure negligence. I seriously doubt that airplane was even allowed to fly through icing conditions, let alone take off in them.

I am not attacking your idea though... keep 'em coming. Also, keep in mind I am just graduating and have only co-piloted a small aircraft with jet engines (Kingair 200) and I don't have any experience with icing yet.
