ChimpCo did not create the Iraqi Army to defend Iraq.
It created the Iraqi Army to suppress the Iraqi people on its behalf .
ChimpCo will never allow the Iraqi Army to acquire the military equipment needed to defend the country from outside threats (the reasons most countries have armies in the first place).
That's the real reason for the 14 "enduring" bases.
And...let us not forget that ChimpCo's CIA is creating an Iraqi Secret Police force with $3 billion of your tax money.
Why does a free and democratic Iraq need a CIA-run Secret Police service????
Is it to protect ChimpCo's petroleum interests and to suppress anti-US dissent????
